Oklahoma Thursday April 10

We stayed at Heyburn Lake Park just outside of Kellyville OK. Rain and wind all night but fairly dry for packing down. We arrived after dark so had no idea how nice reservoir lake was. Once again only a couple of other campsites occupied this early in the season. No lights in the restrooms in the morning, so that was an adventure.

I saw a donkey grazing alongside a fence near a small town and thought “That was interesting” then saw an ostrich grazing a little farther along. That beats the 3 pheasants in a row on Monday.

Traffic light suspended in the middle an intersection, just like in Radiator Springs.
And no, we didn’t stop to time the flashing of the lights.

still get people’s attention near Arcadia OK.
