We backtracked a bit this morning after breakfast at the hotel, ending up by the Rialto Theatre on Route 66 in Joliet, Illinois. Heading south we found this very large gentleman, Gemini Giant. It started out as a Mufflerman but he morphed into this inter-galactic visitor, decorating the Launching Pad Restaurant. The restaurant is closed and for sale, but we took a look through the window to appreciate the tabletop maps and the mural.
