The Blue Swallow Motel is a famous Route 66 landmark, still in
operation and invites inspection by travellers. Notice the garages between the
units, and the vintage lawn chairs. I think I remember my parents having chairs
like these!
We found a quilt shop, but it wasn’t open.
I took a few pictures through the window as they
had some antique ones on display.
Between Tucumari and Santa Rosa, the Sebring turned over 200,000km
